Trigger workflow from WhatsApp messages and events via Business Platform webhooks

This is a webhook-based trigger. Configure the external service to send events to the workflow webhook URL.

Setup Instructions

1. Go to your Meta for Developers Apps page and navigate to the "Build with us" --> "App Events" section.

2. If you don't have an app:

3. Select your App, then navigate to WhatsApp > Configuration.

4. Find the Webhooks section and click "Edit".

5. Paste the Webhook URL above into the "Callback URL" field.

6. Paste the Verification Token into the "Verify token" field.

7. Click "Verify and save".

8. Click "Manage" next to Webhook fields and subscribe to messages.
